All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.*
Custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable. No exceptions.
We will be happy to refund or exchange any unwashed, unworn merchandise with all tags and a copy of your receipt or invoice within 14 days from the date of sale.
This means we must receive your return no later then the 14th day.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We do not pay for return shipping.
All returned orders are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
if the items are not in re-sell-able condition ( damaged or used and/or worn) , they are non – refundable or exchangeable.
If too many items are returned (5 or more items) extra charges may apply..
Any returns due to change of address or product are subject to shipping charges.
*Hosiery, Underwear, and all Seasonal Items (including costumes and masks) are final sales.
Swim wear is non-refundable.

Orders placed during give-away promotions may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Due to health issues certain items are exempt from our return policy.

Orders which received give-away items may not be returned for refunds if that means the minimum dollar amount for the give-away will no longer be met.
Promotions for give-aways include any and all give-away specials.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To return your product, you should send an email, explaining what the problem/issue is with your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you must use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refusal of Delivery
Any order refused upon delivery, are charged the full delivery and 50% restocking fee. This is non negotiable.
